Gautam International Academy is run by Gaura Education Society. The School is shaped up in 12 acres laden with school building, staff quarters, sports ground, hostel, mess, well equipped classes, computer lab, physics lab, chemistry lab, biology lab, a well equipped library, sports room, well furnished admin block and a excellent team of well qualified teachers.
Keeping in mind the need of growing children, who spend most of their time in school, there are huge playgrounds, lush-green gardens, racing tracks and swimming pool etc. for their overall development as per CBSE norms.
As we grow, we will expand into technologies, methodologies, disciplines and even attitudes. To achieve this Gautam International Academy will ensure the highest quality of facilities, resources and infrastructure. These will be structured with a focus on academic excellence and versatility in approach, which will meet the ever increasing needs of the students. For academic excellence; we create an environment where students can excel their scholastic activities, demonstrate superior learning and develop intellectual capacities and skills that prepares them for making a meaningful contribution to society. The more complex issue of academic excellence is not; what it may be, but rather, how to achieve it? We always continue to set and correct homework, evaluate students’ progress and discuss results with students, parents and other teachers. We promote our teachers to participate in staff meeting, workshops for better methodology of teaching and learning so that it could reflect in students’ development. As I talk about academic excellence; it requires, a respective role of parents by providing the necessities that would motivate the children to learn and also needs discipline as necessary ingredient for effective teaching and learning. This is only possible; when both pillars of student’s development, school and home will work together.
For non academic excellence; school promotes, a rich variety of co-curricular activities to develop the children, while making school life an enjoyable experience. School has an annual music festival which is entirely different from others; to encourage and develop confidence and artistic talent in the children, while an element of healthy competition has been introduced. This festival promises to give children an early exposure to a charming, uninhibited theatrical experience. They learn; to appreciate the various art forms with great enthusiasm.
In addition of this; we pay equal attention for their social excellence as well. The Care Taker Services like Dene ki Khushi, Saphai Abhiyan, Saksharata Abhiyan, and Matdata Jagrukta Abhiyan are specially designed for the students of this school; to make them an active part of the society. These are well-organized, pre-planned programs during the year; where the students involved along with the teachers. These activities help them to build sound foundation to achieve their potential. We encourage our students to explore experiment and express themselves. They stimulate their thinking and learning through various experiences of life.
